STRATEGIC ADVISORY

Complexity is the terrain.
Clarity is the mission.

Most companies plan for accidents. Few plan for an adversary. UCG shows C-suite executives and boards where their supply chain breaks when someone is trying to break it, and what to fix first. Across Africa, Europe, and Southwest Asia.

UCG translates complexity into clarity where the stakes are highest.

Global Logistics & Supply Chain Strategy

UCG stress-tests supply chains built for contested and fast-changing environments, finding the critical weak point before an adversary or a crisis does.

Defense & Security Advisory

UCG advises U.S., allied, and partner military organizations and security-sector leaders on force modernization and mission assurance, grounded in operational experience, not theory.

Board Advisory & Risk Governance

UCG advises corporate boards and executive teams on supply chain risk, regional expansion, and the oversight questions that come with operating where the stakes are high.

Add Value. Deliver Impact. Don't Break the Chain.

Clients

Leadership that requires an advisor who has operated the environment, not just studied it.

UCG works with organizations where the cost of a wrong call is measured in more than dollars.

NACD DIRECTOR CERTIFICATION
The Founder

Operated, not studied.

Col. Udoaka advises corporate boards and executive teams on supply chain resilience and risk governance.

His career spans thirty years leading logistics and security operations at the highest levels of the U.S. Air Force, capped by five years as Senior Director of Logistics Operations at U.S. Africa Command in Stuttgart. Prior assignments include Director of Logistics Readiness at Air Combat Command and Group Commander of the 86th Airlift Wing at Ramstein.

Nearly eight of those years were spent in direct command roles, including combat-zone and peacekeeping operations.

In three decades of service, he never planned for a permissive environment. He planned for an adversary who would try to cut supply lines, block ports, and keep adapting. UCG brings that same discipline to enterprise supply chains.

Senior Fellow, George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany (July 2015 – July 2016). Research from the fellowship was later published in Africa Defense Forum.

That record is UCG's operating system, not a credential on a slide. UCG advises from inside the problem, because its founder has stood in it.

Speaking Engagements

Col. Udoaka is available for keynotes, panel moderation, and executive education sessions on contested logistics, decision-making under uncertainty, and board-level risk.
